The Venus set is inspired by deities of love and strength. Venus was the Roman goddess of love, beauty and fertility. It is said that she emerged from the foam of the sea, much like her predecessor, the Greek goddess Aphrodite.

Governor of sweet waters, the Yoruba orisha of love is called Oshun. She decides peoples destinies and give them wealth. While she is strong she is also sensitive and can be seen weeping, as can Freja, the Norse goddess of love. Freja often wept tears of rose gold when her husband dissapointed her.
